FAQ

  • No — UNCOVERED is personal and private by design. There are no live calls, no group chats, and no public sharing required. You’ll receive nine beautifully written emails (called Layers) over 21 days — each one a gentle invitation to explore what's stirring beneath the surface.

  • That’s okay! You’ll have access to all the emails in your inbox, so you can move at your own pace. There’s no pressure to “keep up” — but if you’d like to receive your personalised UNCOVERED Letter, you’ll need to complete all nine prompts and send your responses to me by Monday 22 September.

  • Not at all. This isn’t about being a “good writer” — it’s about being honest. Each prompt is crafted to guide you gently back to yourself. Whether you write a few words or pour your heart out, there’s no right or wrong here — only what feels true.

  • That’s entirely up to you. Some people like to journal in short bursts each day, while others may carve out time on the weekend. You can dip in and out as needed — this experience is designed to be flexible and supportive, not demanding.
